Have questions about our website?

You are receiving this message because you already have an account with Wellness Living, our third-party scheduling software. Wellness Living software is mostly used by gyms, fitness and yoga studios, and wellness centers. 

 

We can get you set up with an account with us and sign you up for a free week of membership with ease. Email [email protected] (or fill out the form below) with your name and location/time zone so we can set up an account for you and put a free week of membership in your account (your free week won’t start counting down until you book your first session with us).

1.Go to our Schedule page and scroll to where our schedule is listed.

2. Click the down arrow to open the dropdown menu and select your time zone by scrolling or typing in your time zone. If you do not see your time zone listed, please contact us.

3. Once you have an account with us, click on My Account, log in, and then go to the BOOK NOW tab to see our schedule. You also have access to the time zone converter on the BOOK NOW tab.

 

To update your time zone in the Apple or Android TAWS app, tap More in the lower right corner and select Edit Profile. Scroll down to the Time Zone section, choose your correct time zone, and tap Save to apply your changes.

In locations that observe daylight saving time, our time zone converter will adjust automatically when the clocks change

 

All sessions are held via Zoom and you can enter the Zoom call directly from our website or from your phone/tablet app.
 
On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on My Schedule in the blue band at the top of your screen. Your next upcoming TAWS session will be at the top of the list.
3. Click Join Session at the time of your scheduled session. This will open a new tab and take you to our Zoom session hosted on wellnessliving.com.
 
Note that if you click Join Session before the session begins, you will see the message “Your live virtual session hasn’t started yet.” Please refresh this page to check if your virtual service has started. If your virtual service has started, refreshing this page will allow you to join the service.
 
To attend sessions on our Apple and Android TAWS app, go to Classes and tap Join at the time of your session. A browser page will open on your phone to take you to our Zoom call hosted on wellnessliving.com. When using the app to attend sessions, please note our sessions are shown in the time zone you selected in your account on the computer under Book Now. See our note above about using the time zone converter correctly.
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on My Schedule in the blue band at the top of your screen. Your next upcoming TAWS sessions will be at the top of the list.
4. Scroll to see all retreats, reset planning sessions, and workshops you have booked.
 
Make sure your time zone under Book Now is set to the correct time zone. You can only change your timezone on the computer, not on the phone app.
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Go to My Schedule.
4. Scroll down to view the sessions you have booked and click the red Cancel button and then click OK to confirm your cancellation.
 
To cancel a session on our Apple and Android TAWS app, tap My Schedule and tap the three dots to the right of the Join box. Tap Cancel. Confirm the cancellation by tapping Confirm. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on Watch Video in the blue bar at the top of your screen. You will see images of different videos to choose from.
4. Navigate to On-Demand Retreats, Reset Sessions, Workshops, Weekly Theme Videos or TAWS Audio Sessions by clicking on the appropriate button above the set of images.
5. When you have chosen your video, hover over the image to click on the blue play button. Your video will begin automatically.
 
Our On-Demand Retreats and Reset Sessions follow the same format as our live retreats. You can also purchase a TAWS Video Only Membership for $25 USD per month. This type of membership will only give you access to our Video Library (not to live sessions).
 
You may also watch all of our video content on a phone or tablet using our Apple and Android TAWS app.
 
1. After you log in to the app, tap Videos at the bottom of the screen.
2. Scroll to view the available videos and tap the video you want to view.
3. Tap again on the play button to start the video.
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the Billing tab.
5. Scroll down to Saved Credit Cards and click the + Add a New Credit Card button, and enter your new credit card information.
6. Check the “Set as default payment box” and click the green Save button to save your changes. Your new credit card will be charged to renew your membership the day after your membership expires listed under the Passes & Memberships tab.
 
Please email [email protected] if you would like us to delete a credit card you have on file.
 
To update your credit card info on our Apple and Android TAWS app:
 
1. Tap the profile circle in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap Billing Information.
3. Tap Add Credit Card to update your card. Tap Save.
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the Passes & Memberships tab. Your credit card will be charged the day after the expiration date noted in your Profile.
 
To find the date your credit card will be charged for membership renewal on our Apple and Android TAWS app:
 
1. Tap the profile circle in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap Purchases. Your credit card will be charged the day after the expiration date noted under Purchases.

If you want to change the type of membership you have:

1. Go to our website and click My Account. Login to your member portal hosted on WellnessLiving.com. 

2. Click on Store on the blue bar and purchase the new membership.

3. Go to My Profile on the blue bar and click on the Passes & Memberships tab. Turn off auto-renew on the old membership by unchecking the auto-renew box.

To pause your monthly membership, on a computer:
 
1. Go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
3. Click on the Passes & Memberships tab.
4. Turn off auto-renew by unchecking the auto-renew box. To avoid being charged for the next month, turn off auto-renew by midnight Pacific Time on the day your membership expires. Otherwise, you will be charged the next day.
 
Please note that as a monthly member, you will retain access to The Academic Writers’ Space through the expiration date of the current month of paid service. Monthly memberships cannot be paused part-way through a paid month of service. You cannot turn off auto-renew using our TAWS app.
 
You can purchase a new membership and rejoin the community at any point if your membership has lapsed.
If you paused your monthly membership, you will need to purchase a new membership.
 
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click on Store in the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Scroll to select Monthly Membership and click Add to Cart.
5. Click Sign Contract to complete your purchase.
 
To purchase a new monthly membership on our Apple and Android TAWS app:
 
1. After logging in, tap on the Store shopping cart icon at the bottom of your screen.
2. Select Monthly Membership by tapping on Add to Cart.
3. To complete your purchase, go to your cart by tapping on the shopping cart icon at the top left of your screen.
4. Tap Make a Payment to continue.

Pausing your 6-month or annual membership allows you to take time away from TAWS, and then return. Six-month and annual memberships can be paused at any point by emailing your request to [email protected]. Your membership will be manually paused within 72 hours.

If you paused your 6-month or annual membership and want to resume, email your request to [email protected], and your membership will be reactivated within 72 hours. You will be notified by email when it is reactivated.

You can cancel your membership at The Academic Writers’ Space by emailing your request to [email protected] . Your membership will be canceled within 72 hours, and you will receive confirmation of the cancellation by email.
 
While waiting for the cancellation, we suggest that you also turn off auto-renew.
 
1. On a computer, go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the Passes & Memberships tab.
5. Turn off auto-renew by unchecking the auto-renew box. To avoid being charged for the next month/year, turn off auto-renew by midnight Pacific Time on the day your membership expires. Otherwise, you will be charged the next day.
 
*You cannot turn off auto-renew using our TAWS phone app.*
 
Once you cancel your membership, you will retain access to The Academic Writers’ Space until your current paid subscription period ends. You can of course rejoin any time in the future. Email frontdesk@theacademicwritersspace with any questions about cancellation.
To update your credit card on a computer:
 
1. Log in to TAWS website .
2. Click My Account. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
3. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the Billing tab.
5. Scroll down to Saved Credit Cards and click the + Add a New Credit Card button and enter your new credit card information.
6. Check the “Set as default payment box” and click the green Save button to save your changes.
7. Once you change your credit card details, you will need to go to our Store in the top right-hand corner and purchase a new membership.
 
Once your purchase is completed, you can immediately resume access to TAWS. Please contact us using the contact form below if you have any further questions about access to your account.
 
To update your credit card and renew your membership on our Apple and Android TAWS app:
 
1. Tap on the profile circle in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap Billing Information.

5. Go to Store and purchase a new membership.
If you are not able to book a retreat or access video content, it is likely that your credit card expired, or your membership expired.
 
 
To update your credit card on a computer and renew membership:
 
1. Go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner.
2. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
3. Log in to your account.
4. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
5. Click on the Billing tab.

7. Check the “Set as default payment box” and click the green Save button to save your changes.
8. Once you change your credit card details, you will need to go to our Store in the top right-hand corner and purchase a new membership.

1. To change your email and SMS notifications, log in to TAWS website . Click on My Account. This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
3. Click on the Profile Details tab. You can view Communications Settings to the right of your Profile Details and toggle communications on and off.
 
We highly recommend that you do not turn off email notifications because you will not be able to receive password reset emails or email reminders (with the Zoom link) for TAWS sessions.
 
Please note that SMS notifications are only available in the United States of America and Canada. Push notifications are available in the US, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.
To view your most recent waiver and/or contract on a computer:
 
1. Go to our website and click My Account in the upper right-hand corner.This will open a new tab and take you to your member portal hosted on wellnessliving.com.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Click My Profile on the blue bar at the top of your screen.
4. Click on the Waiver tab or the Contracts tab.
 
To view your most recent waiver and/or contract on our Apple and Android TAWS app:
 
1. Tap on the profile circle in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
2. Tap Waiver.
3. Contracts can be seen only in My Profile on the computer.
